About Nestwise
Nestwise is software for Indian landlords and PG owners. It runs rent reminders, collection, receipts, expenses and move-out deposit settlements, and the tenant side works entirely inside Telegram so nobody has to install an app. It is built and operated by DPIIND Services Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Why we built it
Most Indian landlords with a handful of flats or a single PG are running the whole thing on WhatsApp threads, a notebook and memory. The software that exists is mostly built for the problem of filling rooms — listings, leads, brokerage. That is a real problem, but it is not the one that eats the rest of the year.
The year is eaten by the tenancy itself: chasing the same rent every month, proving what was paid, tracking what was spent, and then arguing about the deposit when someone moves out. Deposit settlement in particular is where relationships break, and almost nothing on the market treats it as a first-class part of the job. That is the half Nestwise is built for.
The Telegram decision follows from the same place. Asking a tenant to install and keep an app for a transaction they make twelve times a year does not work — they uninstall it, and the landlord goes back to WhatsApp. Telegram is already on the phone, the invite is a link, and the tenant never signs up for anything.
What Nestwise does not do
Worth saying plainly, because it decides whether we are the right fit:
- No room marketing or lead generation. If your problem is empty beds, we do not solve it and there are no plans to. Our comparison with RentOk says outright when to buy theirs instead.
- We never touch your money. Rent goes directly to your bank account or UPI. Nestwise records and verifies payments; it is not a payment gateway and holds no funds.
- No Aadhaar e-KYC or e-sign at present.
- Not tax or legal advice. Our guides and calculators cite the rules and date them, but they are written by software people, not chartered accountants. Check anything that matters with your own CA.
How we write
Two rules the guides and free tools follow. When we compare ourselves to another product, we say up front that we build one of them, attribute every claim about a competitor to their own published material, and date it — products change and we would rather be correctable than confident. And when the underlying rule is genuinely unclear, we say so instead of inventing a number: the rent agreement generator deliberately refuses to compute a stamp duty amount for this reason.

Other companies called NestWise
The name is not unique, and search engines conflate them. To be clear about which one this is: Nestwise here is Indian property-management software, operated by DPIIND Services Private Limited from Bengaluru. It is unrelated to the American financial-advisory firm of a similar name, to NestWise AI, or to Nest Wise Properties. We have no connection to any of them.
