The whole tenancy, not just the rent.

From the first reminder to the final deposit refund, Nestwise does the repetitive work so you only step in when a real decision is needed.

Reminders that go out on their own

Tenants get a friendly nudge before rent is due and a follow-up if it slips past the date. You never send a manual reminder again.

Nestwise: Rent for Flat 302 is due in 3 days. Reply here to pay.

UPI and bank collection

Your own UPI QR and bank details are shared automatically, so money lands directly in your account.

Verify once, receipt sent

Tenants send the payment screenshot. Approve it in a tap and the PDF receipt reaches them instantly.

Expenses and real net income

Log repairs, water tankers and maintenance from chat, then see what you actually earned after costs.

Co-owners and income-tax statements

Split ownership by percentage and hand every owner their own year-end rent statement.

The deposit argument, settled before it starts.

The security deposit is where most tenancies turn sour. Nestwise keeps a record of every rupee of it, so when someone leaves, the maths is already on paper.

  • A full ledger for every deposit: collected, topped up, deducted, returned.
  • An itemised move-out settlement, with a PDF statement both sides can keep.
  • If a refund is still unpaid 15 days after move-out, Nestwise reminds you.
  • Nestwise records the refund. It never touches the money.

Set up once. It runs every month.

You answer a few questions in chat. After that, the routine part of being a landlord takes care of itself.

1

Set up your properties

Add buildings, units, tenants, and owners by chatting with the bot. No spreadsheets, no dashboard to learn.

2

Invite your tenants

Each tenant joins through a link and sees only their own dues, payment options, and receipts.

3

Let the month run

Reminders, collection, receipts, and owner reports all happen on schedule while you get on with your day.

Tenants stay in chat. You get a real portal.

Your tenants never install an app or remember a password. When you want the full picture, sign in to the web portal.

Everything in one place

Payments, deposits, expenses and move-outs. Telegram for the day to day, the portal when it matters.

Hand the routine to a manager

Invite a property manager to run payments, tenants and expenses. Bank accounts, deposits and move-outs stay yours alone.

Questions, answered.

No. Money moves directly between your tenant and your own bank account. Nestwise records the payment, issues the receipt, and keeps the deposit ledger. It never holds or moves a rupee of your money.

Yes, and this is the most common question we get. Tenants tap your invite link, install the free Telegram app if they don't have it, and they're set up in under a minute. We built on Telegram because it lets a full assistant live inside the chat, with verified receipts, deposit statements and move-out flows that WhatsApp's bot rules don't allow. The one-time install is the only extra step; everything after it is automatic.

Just Telegram, once, if they don't already have it. They join through an invite link and see their dues, pay, and get receipts right in chat. No passwords, no separate app to learn.

Nestwise shows your own UPI QR or bank details. Tenants pay through any UPI app, then send the payment screenshot. You verify it with one tap and a receipt is generated automatically.

The tenant gives notice from Telegram and you confirm the date. You then settle the deposit with itemised deductions, and both of you get a PDF statement. If the refund is still unpaid 15 days later, Nestwise reminds you.

Yes. Invite a property manager and they handle payments, tenants and expenses from the web portal. Bank accounts, deposit refunds and move-outs stay with you alone.

Whichever you agreed. Set each tenant to postpaid, collected once the month is over, which is the common arrangement in India, or prepaid. Reminders and dues follow that setting.

Yes. A property can have several owners with set ownership percentages, and each owner receives their own notifications and year-end income-tax rent statements.

If you can send a message, you can run Nestwise. You add properties, units, and tenants by answering the bot's questions. Reminders, receipts, and reports then run on their own.

Your tenancies, on autopilot.

Add your first property in minutes and let Nestwise handle the chasing, the receipts, and the settlements.
